General Rental Terms

1. Reservation and check-in
All reservations are confirmed through official booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Check-in instructions are provided automatically before arrival. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
2. House rules
No smoking inside the property. No parties or events. Pets by prior arrangement only. Quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Maximum occupancy as stated in the listing must not be exceeded.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation policies are set per listing and displayed at the time of booking. Rentujemy adheres to the cancellation policy of the respective booking platform.
4. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Damage claims are processed through the booking platform's resolution process or a security deposit where applicable.

Guest support is available 24/7 via the property's hotline number. For emergencies, please contact local emergency services (999 in Dubai, 112 in Poland) first.
