Frequently asked questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no upfront or setup fees. We start earning when you start earning.
When are cleaning costs charged?
Cleaning costs are deducted from your monthly payout at the actual cost of the service. They are itemised in your statement.
What about platform commissions (Airbnb, Booking.com)?
Booking platform host fees are deducted before your revenue is calculated and are listed separately in your payout statement.
Are there minimum earnings guarantees?
We don't offer guarantees, but we give you an honest earnings projection based on comparable properties before you sign anything.
How is the management fee calculated?
The fee is a percentage of the guest-paid nightly revenue (excluding cleaning fees and platform commissions). The exact percentage is agreed in your contract.
