Is my property a good fit?
Rentujemy manages short-term rentals in Dubai and selected Polish cities. We work with furnished apartments that meet a minimum quality standard for hosting guests.
Location
We currently operate in Dubai (JVC, JVT, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Hills, Dubai Creek) and Polish cities (Poznan, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk).
Furnishing
The apartment must be fully furnished and equipped with kitchen essentials, bed linen, and towels. We can advise on any gaps.
Condition
Properties should be in good condition with working appliances. We do an initial inspection before onboarding.
The onboarding process
Initial conversation
Fill out the contact form on the Add Your Apartment page. A Rentujemy representative will reach out within 48 hours to discuss your property and answer questions.
Property inspection
We visit or video-call to assess the property. We'll give you honest feedback on its rental potential and any improvements that would help.
Contract signing
We agree on the management fee, payout schedule, and any specific terms for your property. The contract is signed digitally.
Listing setup
Our team creates listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms. We write the descriptions, set the initial pricing, and upload photos.
First booking
Once listings are live, bookings typically come in within 1–2 weeks. You'll receive your owner portal login at this stage.
Tip: The full onboarding process takes approximately 2–3 weeks from initial contact to first booking, depending on property readiness.
