Note: For non-urgent questions, message your property manager via WhatsApp or email. Response time is typically within a few hours during business hours.
Urgent issues
For emergencies — a break-in, a flood, a serious guest incident — call the Rentujemy emergency number available in your portal. This line is monitored 24/7.
Important: For life-threatening emergencies, always contact the local emergency services first (999 in Dubai, 112 in Poland).

Payout questions
Contact your property manager by WhatsApp or email and reference the statement month in question.
Maintenance or damage
Report via the portal's task section or message your property manager directly. Include photos where possible.
Booking or calendar questions
Use the portal calendar first. For changes, contact your property manager with at least 7 days' notice.
Contract or billing
Email your property manager for any contract amendments or billing queries. Allow 3–5 business days for a formal response.
