Getting started with the owner portal

How to log in, what you can see, and how to navigate your owner dashboard.

Logging in

Your owner portal is separate from the Rentujemy guest platform. You'll receive a personal login link from your property manager when your account is set up.

Open the portal link

Visit the link sent to you by your property manager. It typically looks like owner.rentujemy.pl or a subdomain specific to your market.

Enter your email address

Type in the email address registered on your account and click Continue. A one-time login link will be sent to that email.

Click the link in your email

Open the email from Rentujemy and click the login link. The link is valid for 15 minutes. You'll be taken directly into your portal — no password needed.

Note: If you don't receive the login email within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or contact your property manager.

What you'll find in the portal

Once logged in, you'll see an overview of your property. Here's what each section covers:

Overview

A summary of upcoming arrivals, departures, and recent activity at your property.

Calendar

A visual month-by-month view of reservations, blocked dates, and open nights.

Property details

Your access codes, parking information, WiFi credentials, and photos — all editable by you.

Payout statements

Monthly income summaries with a breakdown of revenue, deductions, and your net payout.

Accessing on mobile

The owner portal is fully responsive. You can use it on any smartphone browser without installing an app. Bookmark the portal URL on your home screen for quick access.
