Who receives VAT invoices
VAT invoices are issued to property owners who operate as VAT-registered businesses. If you are a private individual renting your property, you will receive a standard income statement instead.
Note: If you're unsure whether you should be receiving VAT invoices, ask your accountant or contact your Rentujemy property manager.
What the invoice covers
The invoice documents Rentujemy's management fee as a taxable service. It is issued monthly and reflects the fee deducted from your payout statement for the same period.
Downloading your invoice
Go to Payouts in the portal
Log in and navigate to the Payouts section.
Select the statement month
Choose the month for which you need the invoice.
Click Download Invoice
The VAT invoice is available as a separate PDF alongside the payout statement. Save it for your accounting records.
Invoice timing
Invoices are generated within the first 10 days of the following month, at the same time as payouts. If an invoice is missing, it may not have been generated yet. If the deadline has passed, contact your property manager.
