Keeping your property details up to date

How to update access codes, parking instructions, WiFi credentials, and photos through the owner portal.

Why details matter

Accurate property details are the backbone of a smooth guest experience. The AI assistant uses your access codes, parking instructions, and WiFi information to answer guest questions automatically. Outdated details lead to frustrated guests and avoidable escalations.

Updating access codes

Go to Property Details

In your owner portal, navigate to your property and open the Details tab.

Find the Access section

The Access section contains your door code, key safe code (if applicable), building entry code, and any other access instructions.

Update and save

Click Edit, enter the new code or instructions, and save. Changes take effect immediately and will be given to the next guest.

⚠️

Important: If you change the access code urgently (e.g. after a lost key), also notify your property manager directly via WhatsApp or phone so they can update any physical lockboxes.

Parking and building instructions

If your property has parking or building entry requirements, keep this section current. Common things to update: parking bay number, visitor parking instructions, intercom codes, or building access card instructions.

WiFi credentials

Update your WiFi network name and password whenever you change your router settings. This is one of the most common guest queries — an accurate WiFi entry means the AI can resolve it instantly without escalation.

Photos

You can upload or replace property photos from the Photos tab. Photos are used on booking platforms to attract guests. High-quality, current photos directly impact your occupancy and nightly rate.
